Golden Cat Tattoo Studio Update
As some of you may know, changes are among us. After 3 solid and beautiful years it became necessary to close the Peabody location of Golden Cat Tattoo. That location allowed me to grow as an artist and business owner. Not without its struggles but they’ve all lead to were I am right now.
My family and I moved to the south coast of Massachusetts after living and working north of Boston on and off for the last 15+ years. We are beginning this new adventure closer to both of our families, the ocean, living in a historic house, and finding out after we moved, we are in a little artistic hidden gem.
The goal is to open another Golden Cat Tattoo location in the historic center of our town. This location wouldn’t be just a tattoo shop, it would be an art gallery too. While being a tattoo shop and art gallery isn’t the first of its kind, it would be the first tattoo shop the town has ever had. It is backed by an incredibly supportive town development team. Getting to be a larger part of our community, town and the surrounding areas, having, not only tattooers display their artwork, but artists of all background and mediums, feels like a great way to solidify our forever home base.
In the mean time, I’ll be tattooing out of my bestie, Ariels’, tattoo shop, The Candy Machine Tattoo Studio in Bellingham, MA.
