Deposit Policy

 

By leaving a your deposit you are agreeing that we will be moving forward with your project and to all the stipulations laid out here.

Deposits are $300, unless stated otherwise.

Deposits are non-refundable. 

Deposits are non-transferable. The project discussed is what we are both committed to. Subject matter and placement cannot be changed. Deposits cannot be transferred to another client, project, or artist. 

Designs will be presented at the time of your appointment.

Deposits will be forfeit if the client fails to show up to an appointment, fails to cancel with one week (7 days) notice, reschedules more than 3 times for a single project, fails to start or continue the project for 6 months, comes to appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or in any state that would not allow me to tattoo them. 

Rates stated during the consultation prior to leaving the deposit will be honored and valid as long as the client is tattooed once every 3 months per project or once every 6 months if back to back days are scheduled. 

Tattoo appointments are a minimum of 4 hours. If you choose to not sit for 4 hours you would still be charged the minimum. Final appointments or smaller tattoos that have a shorter tattoo time, this does not apply as long as the tattoo is finished during that session. 

Deposits will be used on the last session of the tattoo. 

All tattoo payments will be made by cash or credit card.
